A pyramid is geometry’s strongest structure: four sides tapering to a peak. 

My business model is called The Performance Pyramid. 

Each layer is vital, and each adds strength to the whole.

When this structure and plan are followed, the result is measurable performance and an ever-stronger foundation for continued success.

The process is illustrated below, starting with your Vision. 

As each step is carried out properly, it create a solid basis for the next step.

Level 1: Vision & Mission
The first step in achieving peak performance is clearly and concisely defining your desired outcomes.

What will your company look like when it is performing at your ideal levels?

We will define and clarify your vision for your company, and your mission as a company.

Level 2: Objectives
Once the vision is clearly defined, we'll map out specific, time-based objectives for each area of your company. This establishes a high-priority focus that will help channel resources toward the highest value to your company.

Level 3: Strategies/Action Plans
Next, we will determine the best strategies and supporting action plans to accomplish your objectives to bring your vision to reality. We'll determine the right way to keep score and establish the review process.

Level 4: Continuous Transformation/Monthly Business Reviews
As we implement the plan, we will regularly measure performance and remove obstacles to progress.

We'll monitor each area of the company and monitor progress reports and scorecards monthly to be sure we stay on track and accomplish your goals.

As any area reaches the desired level, we will re-evaluate that area to determine whether further performance enhancement is feasible.
