About Me
I have been in financial, technical and operational fields since 1979 and in business management since 1988.  My management career was spent as an Information Systems manager and as a VP of Operations.  As a manager I have always worked closely with business owners and officers.

Strengths
Among my greatest strengths are problem solving and analysis, especially  in operations and finance.  I have expertise in inventory management, budgeting, research, training, and business and technical writing.  Though I have particular expertise in those areas, I have training and experience in virtually every facet of business.

Leadership
Along with management experience, I have been leader of two regional software user groups, and through that experience I had the opportunity to network and consult with owners and with managers from a wide variety of fields, helping solve problems and integrate solutions.

Customer Advocate
Customer Service is the chief product of virtually every company and customer service must never be affected negatively by any project.  Customers, both internally and externally, must always be treated with respect and professionalism.  Maintaining customer service and maximizing R.O.I are two goals of every project.

Helping You Avoid the Technology Trap
There are major pitfalls in unrealistic expectations from technology investments and what a business owner needs to avoid the technology trap and to make the best decisions is factual, complete information.  I learned through years of experience to make the right  investments in technology, and to leverage the investment a company makes in technology to its best advantage, and to stretch the life and value of technology.

Training
Training is an important part of operating or improving any company and I am an experienced trainer.  I establish a good rapport quickly with new acquaintances and I have over 10 years of training and public speaking experience, ranging from individuals to groups of over 150.  Whether creating custom training materials or using curricula prepared by others, the trainer determines a lot of the value of training.

Values in Practice
Honesty, integrity, trustworthiness and accountability are vital to any relationship, whether business or personal.  I live and work by these principles.  I seek to make every business transaction a win-win.  I do everything within my ability to honor commitments and to earn your trust by understanding and serving your needs and by providing high value for your money.

Guaranteed
I guarantee my clients that I will work on their projects until I achieve the results that we agreed upon, or I will help the client find another consultant, transition my work to them, and pay the standard fee for the initial consultation with them.
